It is only good for seasonal employees to gain some ecology experience and move on.
Cons
This is THE place, where I encountered a lot of discrimination. Human Resources is corrupt, and forget about submitting a complaint. They will collaborate with management to make life very difficult. Their interviewe process is, basically a script, from which they read questions. The work environment is very toxic and chaotic. The work activities are a messy list, where there is NO hierarchy of priorities. Worst, this THE place, which has an extremely high turnover. If you are there more than 2 1/2 to 3 years, you are considered an old timer. Can you blame anyone? Who can sustain their sanity within such a stressful work environment. People get burned out! This is a place that does NOT treat its employees well!
