Career Service Promotion Process Has Cast A Shadow Over NGA - Anonymous employee National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Employee Review

In the 5 years I've been working at NGA, the implementation of the Career Service promotional process has robbed me of my initial enthusiasm to work there. The process is beauracratic, controlled, burdensome and takes away valuable time from our jobs. It also keeps changing. Just imagine having to re-write a 50+ page resume each year and each year the format changes. My enthusiasm to stay has sadly waned and people are not happy because of the control it has over our careers.
