They paid well and depending on the department, you were listened to. Opportunities to progress. Some good people working there.

There were deceitful cultural practices at times depending on the department. I worked in two different departments at the Charlotte office. The culture was really good with one and the other was on the other spectrum. I've worked for a few different companies so I know what a respectful and desiring company offers. It doesn't matter how well you have done with reviews, once you face some adversity its dog eat dog. The team environment will diminish quickly with little help to succeed. Just stay on the good side of things and under the radar.
