Pros

The people are the best. Management for the most part does a great job in choosing candidates for the position. Wonderful co-workers with outstanding personalities and a willingness to work hard and be team and goal oriented.

Cons

Upper management is the biggest challenge. There have been some changes at the management level in the past 3 years that have caused a negative affect on the morale of the employees that are doing the job daily. You no longer have a voice and there is no longer support from management. The director seems to be more focused on what he wants and no longer on what is good for the company or the center. He does not take suggestion or constructive comments well, only sees them as complaining.

They paid well and depending on the department, you were listened to. Opportunities to progress. Some good people working there.

Cons

There were deceitful cultural practices at times depending on the department. I worked in two different departments at the Charlotte office. The culture was really good with one and the other was on the other spectrum. I've worked for a few different companies so I know what a respectful and desiring company offers. It doesn't matter how well you have done with reviews, once you face some adversity its dog eat dog. The team environment will diminish quickly with little help to succeed. Just stay on the good side of things and under the radar.
