Easy work (almost mindless after you're trained) Coworkers are nice

Poor leadership Favoritism Promise of growth, but never delivered Poor pay - they will start you at $16 hour / full time hourly WITH a bachelors in science No sick days as hourly employee Limited vacation time (10 days to start) (15 day after 5 years) carry over 5 days to next year if you didn't take vacation A good amount of physical labor Ask for 4 year science degree and don't utilize any of it Ultimate goal is to move you to a manufacturing plant Private company - good ol' boys feel Extremely outdated systems and policies Rewarded on brown nosing and not hard work

They paid well and depending on the department, you were listened to. Opportunities to progress. Some good people working there.

Cons

There were deceitful cultural practices at times depending on the department. I worked in two different departments at the Charlotte office. The culture was really good with one and the other was on the other spectrum. I've worked for a few different companies so I know what a respectful and desiring company offers. It doesn't matter how well you have done with reviews, once you face some adversity its dog eat dog. The team environment will diminish quickly with little help to succeed. Just stay on the good side of things and under the radar.
