1. Great work-life balance. 2. The company takes great care of employees during business trips. 3. Being a small team, people are well connected. 4. If you're in the right role, company sponsors an annual trip to the Austin headquarters (You could take off for more days and visit other places as part of the trip). 5. Technologically progressive in terms of products.

Cons

1. Management lacks maturity at times in cases of decision-making. 2. Employees leaving the organisation are treated poorly. 3. Sales Management does a shabby job of quota-setting and performance evaluation. 4. Lack of good mentorship within the organisation. 5. Employees perceive unfair treatment by managers.

Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

Cons

Career advancement can be slow, with limited opportunities for promotion or lateral movement in some orgs. Compensation growth tends to fall behind. Several org changes following Emerson acquisition.
