      Pros

      Good environment and you are allowed to drink beer at work which is very good. But it is very demanding and it is not worth your efforts for such a low salary.

      Cons

      A few opportunities to grow only. In my case I noticed how several positions were available for bosses' friends and some of these interns were not even studying.

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
