Pros

Good products. Decent management at CXO level.

Cons

Indian management does not care about employees. Terrible managers, very poor growth opportunities and rampant office politics. Prevalent favoritism. Absolutely no training given for any role. If you are considering joining this company, please do not. You will regret it for sure. I have spent time in applications engineering, field sales and inside sales teams. Each is bad in its own way. Corrupt organisation too. Dupes both employees and customers. Cares only about revenue. Zero consideration for employees and ethics. Managers with absolutely no management skills abuse employees and have only personal agendas in mind. This is all evidenced by the high attrition rate. My sincere advice for anyone planning to join the indian subsidiary for any role is : DON'T. You will surely regret it and the company will spoil your career.
