      Pros

      Great place to work! Environment is well balanced... work hard and play hard. Some changes are affecting immediate business, but it's with the intention to be better organized and create stronger organization. We are aligning structures, systems and tools with other offices around the world.

      Cons

      career opportunities are offered, but no always met in the short run. Compensation ($$) is not the greatest! Sometimes you just get more responsibilities added.

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
