Pros

Work-life balance is definitely emphasized (no more than 40 hours/week) Stability for long-term employment Everyone is willing to help, answer questions. They give you manageable jobs wherein you can succeed and learn during your time. Learn software scrum environment, a variety of testing tools, version control, LabView certification courses A bunch of fun intern events, lunches and community seminars

Cons

For any individual intern project, some may find that the jobs are a little mundane You have to clock out for lunch Pay might me on the low side
