Pros

Nice campus, cafeteria, health services, and gym. They do hire great people. Fresh baked cookies every day. Fun atmosphere.

Cons

It's a great place to launch your career but after 2-3 years there's nothing else for you to do or learn. Teams are run like individual companies so you never know what you're going to get. Some teams insist on 50 hour work weeks other teams spend half their day surfing the internet. To get assistance outside your team you have to beg for any and all resources. Other teams aren't willing to jump in and help unless they have to.

Pros

Great place to work, wonderful environment and people.

Cons

Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

Pros

The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

Cons

Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
