Pros
Consistent schedule Manageable workload Training program designed to make new people succeed Benefits seem decent Work hard play hard mentality The company will give you what you put into it. You want to learn a new skill or take on training the opportunities are there. The lunch program's pretty good overall, worth the money certainly. From my perspective, the company goes out of it's way to provide fun "perks" to it's employees to reward us for our work. Things like tickets to pro sports games, or fully funded holiday parties or the little things like the social events.
Cons
The PTO (which, in all fairness, was recently improved) is all encompassing - time off, sick days etc, would prefer separate sick days but honestly, if that's my biggest complaint, life's not too bad.
