Pros

great co-workers, on site cafeteria, on site gym, full time benefits.

Cons

Management loves to love each other, and that's basically it. If you aren't in you're out. Severe lack of diversity. If you're a white male in your mid/late 30's you'll do just fine regardless of experience or actual success at your position. Very little to no diversity in management in this company. Minimal to no work life balance, if you work your scheduled hours and leave on time you get berated for being a "short timer" and "going home early". You're expected to have email access on your phone, but no compensation for it. There was nothing I did at my desk all day that I couldn't effectively do from home. There is very little empowerment of employee's to do their job, a lot of micromanaging from the top down. Although HR seems to care about individual employee welfare one on one, they leave it up to individual departments to execute rules. This decision leaves inconsistency across the company. One manager will make you take PTO for an appointment, when another one won't thus making a potential hostile workplace.
