Pros
Comradery amongst adjusters. Friendly, approachable supervisors. Teamwork. Open door policy by supervisors and management team (they actually LISTEN to our feedback and take action where they can). The response to COVID-19 and work from home was seamless. Good training opportunities available. Good benefit package.
Cons
Technology/Systems need improvement, but it is something they are working on with a new claim system coming. HSA Medical plan not ideal.
