Great mission with the intention of saving lives and creating awareness.

Cons

Understaffed and overworked team. Revolving door of employees. Some employees in management positions were sub-par performers and allowed to get away with it. Much toxicity and backstabbing that was shocking to me in working for an organization with said mission.
