Pros

I have never worked for a company that is so dedicated to their employees. When they say they care about you, they truly do! They don't look for just the highest in management to provide feedback to make changes. They listen to what every employee has to say to grow our company and our brand. The opportunities to grow in this company are endless. And you are in charge of your own development. You set a goal and you work hard for it your manager is going to help you get there. Also they are pay-for-performance company so if you show up and you do your job and you put your all into it you will be rewarded.

Cons

The only downside in the department that I work for is because we're short-staffed currently it is hard to get time off. However when we have been staffed that has not been a problem. So come join the team!!!

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.
