Pros

they gave around 20 days of off time up front, but if you were to leave in the middle of the year they will take out the money owed for the time off you have taken off your final paycheck; tolerable place to be for old people (40's and up) to be if you just want to work, get a paycheck, then retire.

Cons

THE CULTURE IS TERRIBLE AND MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT! You will dread going to work daily, employees and managers all gossip negatively about each-other; closed and traditional culture (like blockbuster) with no room for change, improvement, innovations, or growth. If you are younger generation, try to bring change, or if the mngrs see you s a threat (I have multiple degrees, and good experience) they will do all they can to make you leave or kick you out. Unbearable environment to work in; management brags to employees and threatens them in stead of encouraging and helping them. Terrible pay for amount of work you do; no real HR (just one lady). No opportunities for promotions or advancement. Company treats people like dispensable objects and thrive on blatant favoritism. It's just... really bad. They have alot of work to do or they will NOT make it past current stage. If your old and just looking to retire, go for it; otherwise, you will be stuck and miserable.

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
