      Great income with the right partners. You can always make more money but you cannot make more time. You will meet amazing people along the way. Become a connector.

      Cons

      You must be self motivated and work very hard in the beginning. You will have to talk to people. To many people work with the wrong people and get burnt out before they reach their potential.

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

      Cons

      Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.
