Pros

The people are fantastic--helpful, smart, engaging--and values driven. With a mission of, "Keeping our promises" and a vision of "To Bring Piece of Mind to Everyone We Touch," what's not to love! Solar panels on the roof, wood chip burner (efficient heating), 40 hrs. of company-paid communicty service each year, Do Good Fest, charity bike ride sponsor.... the list goes on. This company gives back!

Cons

The company has undertakien a significant change as it relates to culture. Not everyone is enthusiastic--but most have embraced the philosphy of Servant Leadership.

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
