Pros

There aren't many Pros. They preach about a "family" fostering culture but its another run of the mill big box life insurance company with horrible bosses and even worse structure. First, I should have seen all the red flags from their atrocious convoluted interviewing process of 7 Interviews all seperate times and with seperate people who some are late, some didn't even have or pull up your resume, and it's just rude even if you get past it or attempt to be optimistic. The only pro is they can toss a nice check in your face to allure anyone oblivious enough that their grass is greener when in reality ESI or National Life Group is a sand castle ready to crumble from its misguided congress of leaders that go nowhere or doing nothing for the over qualified employees they try so badly to lure in and fail retain

Cons

Everything, Worst Interview process I've ever experienced, Worst job ever endured, Thee most horrible people in the compliance/financial industry space.

I encourage you to discuss any challenges you’re experiencing in any of several ways so we can best address them, including speaking with your business partner or coming to me directly. Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
