My remote position of a drop bury coordinator has given me the privilege to practice my work skills in the midst of balancing various health issues that otherwise would prevent me from doing so. The job benefits such as 401k programs, PTO availability, and a compromising management team have made it possible for me improve my work ethic all in the comfort of my home.

There are currently no CONS for this company. While every job has its challenges, there is nothing affective communication and teamwork can't accomplish.

The best part of my career are the people I get to work with every day. We have solid ideas, and a passion to improve the day to day. We strive for better, because we know better is possible.

Although we have solid ideas on growth, and how to make things run smoother in the long run, I fear there is more focus on the right now, and on production, versus the bigger picture. Things could be so much greater, with support and better communication. Ears that hear would benefit the vision of what could be accomplished.
