Pros
I've found that within my area of work, management listens. Hard work is a given. If you're willing to give your best, maintain a positive attitude, you can be heard and help the company succeed. Also, with thousands of employees nationwide, the company is able to provide a benefits program that was recently expanded to include several paid holidays, 401k, paid medical, dental, vision, a level a free life insurance as well as the option to join group life insurance. Yet the corporate office in Burlington is relatively small, with just 30 or so staff to date. I personally like the feel of a smaller company, and have found the company to be quite flexible in providing the tools you need to get the job done.
Cons
I think the industry as a whole has ebbs and flows. Sometimes work floods in, which is great for the company, while other times work wanes. The staff size doesn't change as quickly, so you may find yourself working more than you expected to get through those times. On the other hand, when the work wanes, the pace slows and you'll often get to leave a bit early.
