Pros
Diverse work, great coworkers, feel like the work is important.
Cons
Housing: required occupant, housing is dated, bare minimum, rent increases every year (faster than pay increases), management refuses to address this problem. Pay: more and more is asked of employees with no pay. Raises (QSI) are turned down by management. Limited administrative support so administrative tasks fall on employees and things like payroll, travel, purchasing, do not get done on time or at all.
