Pros
Wonderful place to work. Many resources to help you get your job done, beautiful work environment, great benefits. Culture is focussed on hiring individuals with the hospitality spirit, trust, integrity, etc. and that is very much felt in the work environment. Benefits are very good and salary is high.
Cons
The organization is highly complex and requires a great deal of political maneuvering between Government Policy, product design (solutions), the educational foundation, the national show -- a lot of competition within the enterprise for the same dollars from companies.
