Pros
Good not great benefits (they are average just very inexpensive) Chicago location- easily accessible by public transportation. Lots of parties. Work is very very simple. No late hours.
Cons
Too many too list. Very behind in technology NOT at all customer focused. I truly believe they would not be this large if the customers knew how sloppily this company was run. Though most people see all of the time off and parties as a good thing- it's actually not. They close the office for parties that can easily be done on weekends. Sometimes they close - just because. This causes them to fall very behind in work that needs to be done because someone is ALWAYS off. And the customer suffers. Supervisors are not knowledgeable even though most people have been there for years. It's truly an environment where people just come for the check. Which is very small by the way. Below average pay. There are people that have been there over a year and make $13 an hour. Absolutely no room for growth or career advancement as they don't hire from within. Lots of executives leaving for other companies- that is very telling. This is the worst job I've ever had- including my teenage working years. Free chips and cookies don't take the place of a good working environment. I would definitely consider this a stepping stone job for younger people trying to boost their resume.
