Pay and benefits were great, culture is very relaxed, friendly yet professional. Plenty of opportunities for learning new skills and for growth.

The work can be a bit droll from time to time.

On site Management out of touch with entire staff, plays favorites and bullies employees they don't like by being hyper critical of work until, like another reviewer stated, you quit to get away from the hostile work environment. Tells you how to do stuff one way and then changes it without notice so you can be counseled for doing it "wrong". Condones inappropriate behavior,while on the job, of certain staff that should have been a termination had they not been friends. No room for advancement in current contract No future or current career related training. Ignores hostility issues within the office Management and Leadership frequently go on long leaves of absence and/or do not even put in a full work week since they are salary and micromanage all other employees time off requests Local employees need someone, other than a displaced HR department or owner, to be able to take their grievances to.
