Management is more concerned on there own advancement. They promote remote work but don’t allow it consistently and fair. You have to be a good friend of a manager to get what you want. Some managers are counting time to retirement and only concerned of their retirement. Managers do NOT communicate well with staff. DC is an expensive place to live.
