Pros

The professors are professional, bright, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful to their students. This environment would be outstanding to work in as an employee. As a new doctor of education, I would definitely seek employment opportunities here now.

Cons

Students who cannot handle on-line environments often publicize negative comments - which are not true of this particular university. The university doesn't do enough to market the quality of their institution, which is regionally accredited!

The University has taken tangible and meaningful steps toward fulfilling its mission in an increasingly thoughtful and responsible way. There is a genuine commitment among leaders to collaborate more effectively and work together in support of shared goals. The 403(b) match is an outstanding benefit, and the PTO/sick leave offerings are equally strong and greatly appreciated.

Cons

One ongoing challenge is the imbalance between the volume of work and the number of people available to support it. Teams are highly committed, but workloads can at times exceed current staffing capacity.
