Pros
-The ability to work remote -A few supportive colleagues who are also feeling the effects of this disaster
Cons
-This consultant from LSU who apparently does not know how Instructional Design really works has come in and has created a mess of everything. -Employees that were once multimedia developers and were previously in different roles are now pushed into the LXD role. No consideration was taken in the fact that these employees have no experience whatsoever being a Learning Experience Designer. -Salary is just mediocre (everyone starts off with the same salary) -Instead of promoting senior managers that have been at National University for years to roles that she created, she goes and gets two of her little LSU friends and puts them in the roles (A slap in the face to those that have been at National University for years) -Calling pod leaders out for those on their team that are not doing things the correct way. -There seem to be favorites (moles) to Ms. LSU already. -The list just goes on and on
