      Pros

      I worked at NVI for 21 years and loved the company until they had upper management changes then it all went down hill from there. Good hours, and close working relationship with the Optometrist. I loved coming to my job every day until the changes occurred.

      Cons

      Need to promote within the company instead of hiring people outside to become district managers. Better pay. Promote your Area Managers instead of bringing outside people in,

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
