      Pros

      Generous PTO, good work environment, endless growth potential, flexible hours & They allow us the ability to put the customer first and the flexibility to make that happen.

      Cons

      Hourly pay much lower than all of our competitors. Bonus Pay for management is based on unrealistic budgets to exceed.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
