Pros
Company is customer-centric and protects a culture of "family" among the employees. In addition, employees truly are empowered to do what's right for the customer and their individual teams.
Cons
There are still some silos that are unproductive, but it is getting much better! And there is opportunity to greatly improve internal communication, both in the home office and in the field.
