I'm sure it's fine if you don't work in the stores. - Sales National Vision Employee Review

Pros

The paid time off is nice, and the hours are okay. Insurance is decent.

Cons

This company's HR Department is absolutely nonexistent. Whatever issue you may have, you're lucky to get a consistent back and forth with someone. I'm sure it's great if you work a management or corporate position, but for the standard rank and file, you're never really given a sniff. You're expected to drive in hazardous conditions, take an enormous amount of stress and flak, for a grade of pay that is frankly insultingly low, despite commission. They extend no opportunities for the associates to move up in the company.
