      This company loves to promote within and develop their associates. Has both patient and associate interests in mind with all their decisions. Constant communication and avenues to continue growth and advancement.

      There is a lot to the job and it takes time to learn it. Computer systems could use some improvements.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
