      Pros

      Career longevity, promotes from within, benefits package, support of higher level management...I have never been at a company where the members of management in corporate not only know me but care about and believe in my future! That’s all a person needs to be successful and happy!

      Cons

      Long hours, we are to schedule ourselves 50 hours per week and work 45. But i am usually there for more!

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
