      Pros

      Been working since 2012 , opened store location in Kendall. Been in the optical business for 20 years and there's no company like National Vision. They offer the best benefits and give amazing opportunities for growth to all staff. Started as sales key holder and worked my way up to General Manager(current 6 years). They make it easy to work here by supplying all the tools you need to manage this business. Will be here until I Retire !!

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
