      Its like working for a big family! I've been employed with National Vision for 11 years. They taught me alot and made gave me the tools be successful. It truly is a great place to work

      Much more challenging now with covid but thats to be expected. Longer hours then I whould like., however I'm very thankful to be working there

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
