      National Vision is a corporation that truly puts its associates first. As a leader in this organization, I am empowered to help develop each of the associates on my team and lead with an associate/family first mentality. Unlike other corporations, we are all valued and treated as people, not just another number. The CEO and Senior Leadership Team took the time to know who I am and acknowledges my accomplishments. National Vision practices the values that othe organizations only talk about.

      After working for this organization for over 4.5 years, I cannot think of any reason to not work here.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
