Pros
My Co-workers are all amazing; truly kind and hard-working individuals. Everyone helps each others as much as possible. The sense of community is solid. The way the company and operations are set up is very organized (which, I have in the past worked very extremely unorganized and chaotic companies, so this is a pleasant change). The work is stable and dependable, and the company appreciates everyone working at every level. Top-End Management is very much involved in daily operations, which is a leading reason why things run smoothly.
Cons
Business, at least in my and my direct co-workers positions, is almost non-stop. This is not a "never bring your work home" type of job. However, I understand why that is, so no one should be held at fault.
