Many Systemic Issues - Optician National Vision Employee Review

So unfortunately, this company seems to have some serious disconnect between the corporate and ground/store levels. On this cons list we have: - Abusive/Negligent Management - When something at the store breaks, it usually takes MONTHs for it to get fixed. This includes toilets, lights, frame boards, vacuums, etc. - Incentive programs have been reduced or slashed in recent years. - Overall company-wide response to the Covid pandemic was extremely underwhelming, with workers receiving nothing in hazard pay, and no support being given to the frontline workers who are now expected to enforce mask mandates (and do other additional cleaning).
