      Pros

      National Vision listens to the doctors. They do yearly surveys and try to make changes that will make practicing with them a positive and growing experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes changes take longer than I would like, but I understand that they are making small changes to different markets so they can roll it out nation wide if it works.

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
