      Top notch leadership from the CEO, Reade Fahs, down. Very supportive teams and great cooperation even between different divisions. Tons of long term associates Focus on hiring licensed opticians in all locations

      Not always the most competitive with pay, for example, pay does not commiserate with experience unless you are licensed.
