      Pros

      Good pay, great prices, excellent training programs, excellent staff from the management learning team. Good benefits, friendly atmosphere in the store, tons of support from other stores.

      Cons

      Low advertisement to help stores profit. A lot of overhead from above to meet goals, and no direction from direct supervisors to help you get there.
