      You won't get paid as much as other companies, but work life balance has been great!

      Cons

      Raises not in line with inflation over the past 5 years, a lot of people coasting that make more than you. Delivery of features trumps any quality features or retiring tech debt, so the applications never get any better

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
