Pros

-Sponsor you to get your FINRA series 6 -Good benefits. 401k, Health, Pension, Dental, Vision, Discounts on phone, and local places

Cons

-Base salary low -Call center -Say they care about metrics and performance data but it really has no effect on advancing -Can't advance unless you know someone and even if you know your stuff you won't advance -Micromanage. If you don't stick extremely close to your schedule you get scolded -Hire more contractors to get through statement period and then don't bring them on as employees -Use the Fortune 100 list to bring in talent, therefore they don't care if you leave because they are constantly getting new applicants
