      People who work hard have a good scope to get recognition but need to force our-self for that.

      Cons

      The salaries are very bad when compared with the competitors. For non-permanent residents the benefits will not favour them to work in that company for a longer time.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
