      Atmosphere is very inclusive and lots of opportunities for self-development and career advancement within a particular discipline.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to move into other areas of discipline, not because of lack of opportunities, but because of the mindset of some of the leaders.

      will micro manage you in certain roles, health insurance isnt great, will look at short term trends in performance over the long term.
