      Not many that I recall.

      Cons

      Favoritism, factory mentality. Lack of advancement opportunities, unless someone likes you. Dishonest and unqualified management. Management Resistant to change, too many long term employees.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
