Pros

When I started they actually trained you to get your Insurance license. I hear that they no longer do that.

Cons

It's a revolving door of employees. I was there for 2 years and even helped to train new employees - they had one sit with me the day that they fired me. They tried to fight unemployment, but the unemployment judge wrote a page long judgement against them "ripping" them for how they treated me.

Pros

Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
