      Pros

      A lot good coworkers and good people. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Raleigh loc is understaffed and has progressively gotten worse. Definitely a lot of brain drain. Tons of people have left and it's often been the better employees.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
